Yes. We schedule and manage the whole process from popping round to measure to completing the whole project!

We do. We have plumbers, electricians, tilers, joiners, plasterers, decorators & floor layers for all the trades. Our workers are all subcontracted, are extremely trustworthy, efficient & tidy. It will be the same trade person you see to do whatever job needs doing.

Absolutely! We are insured as a business, and we have public liability for our subcontractors too.

It would really depend on what work you are having done, and how much work is involved in that project. A full bathroom installation from day 1 to completion, we would normally give 10 working days. Our work days are Monday – Friday.

If we are doing a whole bathroom from scratch, everything would need to be taken out – showers, baths, vanities, tiles if applicable, so there wont be any facilities in terms of washing. You will always have a working toilet during the day, evenings and over the weekend until we swap to the new toilet. But washing facilities would need to be arranged elsewhere for customers, particularly for the vulnerable or less abled.

Unfortunately we do not offer finance options at this time.

Of course! All labour is warranted for 12 months, so it anything arises, just let us know and we will send the same tradesmen round to sort out. If it is something urgent, it may be a different person, as they may be available at that moment in time. After 12 months,
we are still here for you, but there will be charges for the tradesmens’ time. Products may still be in warranty though.

We do not accept cash-only payments. It would need to be bank transfers or bank cards please.

Unfortunately not. We do not fit third-party items bought from elsewhere, as any damages would need to be sorted by the customer. We use specific suppliers of our products, and have close relationships with the reps & customer service to sort any issues out. We are not a fitting- only service. But we do offer a supply-only service where you can buy the items from us and have your own plumber fit them.

The first thing would be to contact us, by phone, email or at the showroom to make an appointment for someone to come out and measure the room in question. Have a chat about what you would like in your new bathroom, certain colours you like or how you would want it to look. We will then produce a plan, and see how best the items would fit in the room. We would put an initial quotation together as a starting point. Items we quote would be items that we and our fitters would recommend, as quality does vary with different price points. We are very honest and transparent – there is no stupid question. It would be helpful if you had a rough ball-park idea of a budget, so were not poles apart in what we are both expecting. If you are interested, we would then ask you to contact us to make an appointment in the showroom to discuss in more detail and to have a look at the items quoted. You may like something else in the showroom, which we can amend.

We appreciate that things do happen when we are closed. If it is urgent, there is a mobile number to call if it is out of hours. This will be given on quotations. We are not a 24 hour emergency call- out service for issues that are not related to any work we have undertaken. We are a family run business, and would stress to please only call if it is an emergency and cannot wait.
